Good afternoon tea
My friend and I went for the afternoon tea at the hotel last month. We used one of those afternoon tea for two deals. It was a nice treat, you know? The sandwiches were fresh and the little cakes were yummy. Felt pretty relaxed afterwards, which was the main thing. I'd do it again.
Value for a spa day
I was looking for a decent spa day and found a 2 for 1 spa day deal for the Durham location. It included an Elemis facial, which was good. I saved a fair bit with the offer, so it felt like a good deal. The facilities were okay, and the staff were polite. For the price I paid, it was definitely worth it. I wouldn't have gone without the discount, though.
Consistent spa experience
I booked another couples spa day, just like I have several times now. It was for the Bannatyne Hastings. Everything was pretty much as expected, which is why we keep coming back. The full body massage was great, and the hydrotherapy pool was clean. No surprises, which is what we like.
